• Provides daily administrative support to the department, and photocopy service when necessary. • Delivers urgent correspondences within and outside the department, as well as records and tracks daily incoming and outgoing communication in the department. • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data analysis reports as required. • Manages and maintains executive schedules and ensures that logistical arrangements are made for meetings, site visits, assists and welcomes visitors, arranges conference calls, and schedules meetings. • Acts as the primary contact of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel. • Enters and reviews data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. • Prepares back-ups of all data information ensuring archival of the data entered, as well as locates and corrects data entry errors or reports them to supervisors. • Presents data in graphs and charts for the best utilization of the information. • Prepares requisition of office supplies, equipment maintenance and follows up requests. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Works within the governance structure to develop policies, standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures for reporting incidents. • Establishes and maintains a formal procedure for internally reporting and tracking security incidents, ensures incident response and escalation procedures are followed, and informs all employees, staff, and third party users of their responsibility to report security incidents. • Understands the fundamental business activities performed, and suggests appropriate information security solutions that adequately protect these activities. • Performs and/or oversees the performance of comprehensive security assessment, design, deployment of security controls and infrastructure to provide effective protection that is aligned with industry policy and procedures. • Develops and communicates information security policies, procedures, and plans to management team, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders. • Deploys and maintains security controls, adapting them to the functional requirements of the business. • Advises, counsels, and educates executive and management teams on the relative importance and cost impact of associated laws or regulations; recommends changes where necessary. • Develops and implements a systematic approach for tracking, documenting, and investigating all complaints (internal or external) regarding the compliance requirements. • Recognizes, adopts and installs the best practices in cybersecurity fields throughout the organization development, cryptography, network security, security operations, incident response, security intelligence. • Performs other job-related duties as required.

• Assists in maintaining a centralized and categorized system of all KSAU-HS’ policies and procedures and academic bylaws.• Assists in the documentation of the collaboration with concerned areas related to the creation, update, and revision of administrative policies and procedures (APPs).• Assists in the development and review of new and existing administrative policies and procedures (APPs), proposes recommendations, and facilitates required approvals.• Assists in the facilitation of the process of finalization, publication, and distribution of new and/or revised administrative policies and procedures (APPs) through the university website.• Participates in the development of new policy guidelines to ensure standardization across KSAU-HS.• Provides assistance to all areas in the interpretation of all policies and procedures.• Controls a centralized system and protocol for the creation, review and distribution of administrative policies and procedures (APPs).• Reviews and ensures that each administrative policy and procedure (APP) is reviewed by concerned areas to reflect the most up-to-date process, procedure, directive, and policy for standardization purposes.• Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Provides daily administrative support to the department. • Answers telephone and gives information to callers, takes messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. • Analyzes incomings memoranda, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plans distributions. • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. • prepares correspondence, receives and welcomes visitors, arranges conference calls, and schedules meetings. • Acts as the primary contact of the department and ensures all appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel. • Manages and maintains executive schedules and ensures that logistical arrangements are made for meetings, site visits, etc. • Prepares correspondence, agenda, documents, minutes relevant to meetings, and ensures timely distribution of information. • Prepares reports, and manages special projects as assigned; supervises weekly preparation reports. • Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Produces computer generated graphics materials for presentations and other Uses for university’s professional staff. • Trains staff in coordination with concerned officials regarding computer graphics as the need arise. • Liaises with concerned departments on relevant computer updates, other requirements, and maintenance. • Ensures maintenance of files for software, slides and related materials. • Ensures continuous availability of computer graphics equipment consumables. • Ensures that all work requests are processed in a timely manner while maintaining quality control. • Works with web developers and content editors to ensure proper designs for department website or other online-published material. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Coordinates and liaises with Principal Investigators the assigned submitted research proposals.• Collects and collates the necessary data pertaining to the assigned research project, and place into completed reports as required by Principal Investigators. Ensures that the required corrections and other required information are reflected and submitted accordingly.• Liaises and coordinates with varying departments internally and externally to attain required data and information, such as, but not limited to, Health Information Management in order to obtain lists of patients involved in research projects to review charts of patients to retrieve and compile data in retrospective and prospective research projects.• Coordinates with investigators for prospective research projects to control patient flow for accurate follow-up of these patients. Creates and coordinates database systems to manage the files by entering codes, tabulating retrieved data, regular inputs/updates are entered on the status of the assigned research projects.• Reviews, maintains and updates database files and research files of patients enrolled in and actively participating in the research projects.• Maintains and provides regular updates and communications with the Principal Investigators with regard to the assigned research study.• Coordinates and undertake associated research administrative functions/tasks as assigned.• Prepares monthly, annual and ad hoc reports as
مساعدة طبيب الأسنان عند فحص وعلاج المرضى بواسطة امساك الخدين والأنسجة وري وشفط السوائل من الفم. توقع احتياجات ومساعدة طبيب الأسنان بتوفير المساعدة اللازمة لتوفير إجراءات عملية فعالة للمريض أو لفريق جراحة الأسنان. يساعد طبيب الأسنان المتخصص في التشخيص والجراحة وجراحة اللثة والصحة الوقائية وتقويم الأسنان والتعويضات السنية واللبية أو الإجراءات اللبية أثناء فحص وعلاج المرضى. تحضير وخلط المواد لاستخدامها من قبل طبيب الأسنان أثناء علاج المريض، وضمان التوقيت المناسب، والحرص على تطبيق اجراءات مكافحة العدوى ومراقبة قياس الأداء. تأدية الوظائف السريرية مثل: التأكد من جلوس المريض وضبط الكرسي على الوضع الصحيح؛ ارتداء المريض للمريلة وتعقيم الأدوات كما هو مطلوب، وتوفير كوب نظيف، ووضع الأدوات في المكان المناسب، الإعداد أو الفحص المسبق، إعداد الصواني الجراحية وتزويد المريض بتعليمات ما بعد الجراحة التي يحددها الطبيب. مراجعة التاريخ الطبي للمريض وتنبيه طبيب الأسنان للمشاكل المرضية الهامة. إطلاع طبيب الأسنان على صور الأشعة لحالات فم المريض وتسجيل العلاج في ملف المريض. يقوم بإجراءات طبية مختلفة على المرضى تحت إشراف طبيب الأسنان مثل: تجهيز حقنة التخدير باستخدام الإبرة المناسبة وتجهيز المنطقة التي سيتم تخديرها، وضع وإزالة السد المطاطي، وضع ترميمات مؤقتة، وتلميع الترميمات، وضع وإزالة حشوات الأسنان، وضع وإزالة ضمادة اللثة، وإزالة الخيوط الجراحية. يحافظ على نظافة جميع معدات طب الأسنان ويحافظ على نظافة وترتيب جميع مناطق العمل. يقوم بتنظيف عيادة طب الأسنان ويقوم بإجراء الصيانة الأساسية لمعدات وحدة طب الأسنان، والكرسي، والقطع اليدوية، والمواد بما في ذلك التفكيك والتشحيم وتغيير المرشحات. أداء الواجبات الأخرى المتعلقة بالوظيفة كما هو مطلوب.
• Prepares and organizes semester and blocks academic calendar. • Prepares end of semester exam, re-sit exam and makeup exam schedules. • Prepares and organizes students and faculty schedules; and ensure that all schedules are followed. • Prepares course / block book(s) (syllabus) in coordination with the course /block coordinator/s. • Prepares invitation letters, schedules and payment requests for the joint appointees’ faculty. • Uploads and updates the academic calendar and other educational materials in Blackboard (Learning Management System). • Performs students’ academic registration (course/block registration) and ensures that academic registration is uploaded on the student information system (SIS), blackboard or any electronic learning tools. • Coordinates with the instructors, course coordinators, students and respective department/s for any issue/s in the assigned course/s. • Responsible for course configuration, course enrollment and user registration in SIS, Blackboard or any E-Learning platform approved by the university. • Prepares and updates students’ grades in SIS and Prepare final grades statistics. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
